On June 30, 2026, the presentation and exhibition of the architectural proposals submitted to the international competition for the renovation of the Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporánea, GAM 4.0: recuperae il futuro (Gambling Modern and Contemporary Art Gallery 4.0: Recovering the Future), will take place in Turin.

The institutional event, promoted by the City of Turin, the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, and the Fondazione Torino Musei, will be held in the Foyer del Toro of the Teatro Regio at 11:30 a.m. Later, at 5:00 p.m., the exhibition of the finalist projects will officially open at the GAM headquarters. This exhibition will showcase the various design solutions proposed for the future museum complex, and will include the proposal from Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra’s studio, which won third prize. The first prize was to MVRDV and the second to Kengo Kuma.
