New lecture by Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra next Thursday 15th December at 4.30 p.m. in the Ajace hall of the Palazzo D’Aronco in Udine, Via Lionello 1, Italy. The conference is part of the initiatives for the twentieth anniversary of the Degree in Architectural Sciences at the University of Udine. The intervention, entitled: “Il progetto dei luoghi pubblici. La costruzione del paesaggio interno ed esterno alla cittá contemporanea”, will be presented by the course coordinator Alberto Sdegno, with interventions by Giovanni Fraziano and Sandro Pittini of the University of Udine. The Swiss publisher Springer has published the book “Architectural Graphics. Volume 2-Graphics for Knowledge and Production” with a comprehensive article entitled: “On the Drawings and Travel Notebooks of Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra”. In it, Antonio Estepa Rubio and Jesús Estepa Rubio analyse the graphic contribution of Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra through various sketches from his travel notebooks. The Swiss publisher Braun Publishing has recently published the book “Contemporary architecture. Masterpieces around the world”, which reviews the best architecture from around the world in the last decade. CaixaForum Seville is one of the projects chosen. More information at the following link.

This Thursday 24th November Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra travels to Barcelona to give a lecture at the School of Architecture on the value of the public. At 12:30h in the Assembly Hall of the ETSAB.

Next Tuesday 15 November at 10 am, Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra will open the second session of the IV ITE+3R Congress in Salamanca within the framework of Icons of Rehabilitation. These Congresses are aimed transversally at all agents involved in construction and in particular with Urban Rehabilitation and Regeneration: architects, engineers, builders, citizens, as well as architecture students in their final years.
